Selected R & D

-   Testing the suitability of various fresh oils (from food and non-food crops, such as Jatropha from India) as a feedstock to produce high quality biodiesel in a project financed by the European Commission

-   Testing biodiesel produced from various waste oils in modern common rail diesel engines as well as researching how to tune engines to run most efficiently on EN 14214 biodiesel in a project financed by the European Commission

-   Testing biodiesel produced from various waste oils in older diesel engines in a project financed by the European Commission

-   Analysing the suitability of oil produced form rapeseed in Belarus, which was radioactively contaminated by Chernobyl , for use as a feedstock in biodiesel production for the International Atomic Energy Agency
